Synopsis
They are in their thirties but live just as they did in their twenties, except that they are no longer old enough to become promising young people, much less to wear fluoride make-up. They are in love with love but, in their search, they tear each other apart, wandering from ex-girlfriend to ex-girlfriend, from relationship to relationship. Between pop songs, Rohmer films and the appearance of a well-known singer who we never know if she is quite real, we witness a game that begins when Zaida, after a breakup, returns to the city. “La amiga de mi amiga” is a five-way lesbian comedy of entanglements. A moral tale that takes place in the bathrooms, beds and streets of Barcelona.
